Finished sewing the first phase and now she’s hanging waiting for the fabric to settle. In a day or two I can hem the skirt and finally start wearing her!

Update: Darling ‘Penelope‘ hit a speed hump, as I’ve decided that she needs a pleated satin ribbon trim. Therefore I can’t finish her until I find said ribbon.

I found a gorgeous light apple green dupioni silk for my first Glamour Advocate Design ‘Penelope’. The fabrics are all cut and ready for sewing.

‘Penelope’ will be a knee-length full circle silk skirt with enchanting details. Can’t wait to show you more as it progresses!
